Top Of The Crop is a labour hire firm with highly regarded and well respected clients located throughout Australia.

One of our clients operates a large scale potatoe growing and harvesting operation located close to Launceston in Tasmania.
We require two experienced tractor drivers to undertake ground preparation duties including ripping, ploughing and final stage preparation for the forthcoming potatoe planting season.

The two successful candidates will commence work in August / September and will continue through to the end of the year.
Both positions offer fulltime hours.

To be considered for one of these roles, you will need to meet ALL of the following selection criteria:
At least 6 months fulltime experience driving tractors in the 200-400hp size range.
Experienced in operating John Deere and Case IH tractors and their respective GPS systems.
Experienced in the daily maintenance of a tractor and able to carry out minor repairs of equipment when required.
Experienced in ground preparation requirements of ripping and ploughing.
Must be reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
Be physically fit.
Have a drivers licence and reliable transport.
Able to work the entire assignment from late August / early September to December.
