Join Angel Seafood, Australia’s leading organic oyster farming team, with opportunities available in Coffin Bay, Cowell, and Haslam.
Your Role Will Include:
• Oyster husbandry and deployment
• Operation of farm and processing equipment
• Grading and packing oysters
• Labour-intensive and repetitive tasks
• Cold winter water entry and working out on the ocean
• Variable hours depending on weather conditions
• Generally, 35–45 hours per week, with potential for overtime on rotating rosters
• Can involve long days during peak times
• PPE supplied
✅ Who We’re Looking For:
• Applicants on their Second Year Working Holiday Visa (subclass 417 or 462)
• Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months employment
• Currently living in Australia with full working rights
• Physically fit and reliable
• Comfortable working in physically demanding, outdoor conditions
• Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
• Own transport required (Australian driver’s license preferred)
• Experience preferred but not essential – full training provided!

• Haslam – Quiet West Coast town near Streaky Bay
• Cowell – Family-friendly with ferry access to Adelaide
• Coffin Bay – Famous for oysters and stunning national parks
