Job Description: Our client is a European based company whose focus is on AI-Powered Precision Agricultural Technology. They are looking for vibrant, engaging and dynamic individuals to fulfill multiple positions across the company. This is a developing industry with exponential room for growth, and this client is at the forefront, leading the way across Europe, the USA and now emerging into Australian and New Zealand markets.
This role is for an After Sales Engineer and requires someone with qualifications and experience in agricultural technology in areas of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics and electronics. These positions are key for providing technical support and training to dealers and end-users.
Key Responsibilities for the After Sales Engineer role include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver exceptional after sales support to dealers and clients providing both training and troubleshooting
- Build and maintain current relationships with dealerships and clients to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- Provide complex diagnostic and technical support across all aspects of the technology including software, hardware, mechanics and field applications
- Assist in developing technical documentation for both internal and external use
- Willingness and understanding that both regional and international travel will be a key requirement for this position
- The client takes pride in their expanding business and their state-of-the-art product, successful applicants will need to have the same mentality
- Willingness to undertake continual training and upskilling on product evolution and troubleshooting procedures
Key qualities for successful applicants:
- Hold a Graduate qualification in Robotics, Automation, Micro-engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields
- Experience with Linux, Bash/Python scripting & git workflow
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics and electronics
- Willingness to travel domestically within Australia and overseas when needed
- Have excellent communication, networking and relationship building abilities
- Be organised, efficient, and demonstrate strong initiative whilst working independently
- Be able to regularly coordinate with other members of the company, and all other relevant associations
- Current and valid drivers licence & travel documents
