Job Description: Our client is seeking a reliable and hands-on Caretaker Couple to join the team on their 300,000 acre cattle station near Croydon, QLD. This role can be adapted to suit candidates and your individual skills and strengths. With various tasks in and around the homestead and out on the station. There is a very small crew on the property with various other staff and contractors coming and going
Key responsibilities:
- Domestic duties - cooking, gardening, mowing, cleaning, various duties around the homestead and staff quarters
- Water runs – checking bores, starting pumps, minor water repairs
- Lick runs – trucking and loading/unloading lick in various paddocks around the property
- Monitor cattle, check fences, other general property work
- Help out during musters in various capacities
